The Bruno Kessler Foundation coordinates EPIQUS, a project funded by the European Commission that aims to develop a new generation "quantum simulator"

Silicon Photomultipliers designed and manufactured by FBK have been selected for the focal plane of the pSCT telescope, installed in the VERITAS (Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System) observatory site, in Arizona, USA, which has recently detected the gamma-ray signals from the Crab Nebula. This marks an important and prestigious achievement for the FBK research team that developed this SiPM technology.
