15 May 2025The SD center has secured €50 million from the IPCEI ME/CT project to develop advanced microelectromechanical systems. With a total investment of €82 million, FBK will expand its Clean Room facilities and continue pioneering 3D integration technology for applications in autonomous vehicles, quantum tech, space, and medical diagnostics.
