
Matteo Valt
Biography
Matteo Valt obtained his PhD in Physics in 2020 after graduating in Chemical Sciences from the University of Ferrara. His research interests encompass various aspects of solid-state physics, including the development and characterization of innovative nanostructured materials for gas sensors across different applications. Additionally, he studies solid-gas surface phenomena using in-situ and operando techniques. He is author and co-author of more than 50 articles with over 500 citations in refereed journals mostly related to gas sensors and materials characterizations.
