    The SD center has secured €50 million from the IPCEI ME/CT project to develop advanced microelectromechanical systems. With a total investment of €82 million, FBK will expand its Clean Room facilities and continue pioneering 3D integration technology for applications in autonomous vehicles, quantum tech, space, and medical diagnostics. The initiative supports Europe’s technological autonomy under the Chips Act.
