Biography

Seyed Rasoul Aghazadeh received the M.Sc. degree in electronic engineering
(Microelectronics) from Azad University, Tehran Science and Research Branch (Qazvin),
Qazvin, Iran, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from Universitat
Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC), Barcelona, Spain, in 2022. His Ph.D. research was in the
field of wideband and ultra-wideband beamforming receivers. Since April 2023, he has
been with the Integrated Readout ASICs and Image Sensors (IRIS) Unit, Fondazione Bruno
Kessler (FBK), Trento, Italy, as a researcher. His main research interests include analog/RF
and mixed-signal IC design, wideband antenna array systems, and CMOS single-photon
image sensors and LiDAR systems.
