Biography
Alvise Bagolini received his Physics BSc (2003) from the University of Trento, Italy, and is a Member of INFN since 2016. He had a research scholarship grant from Trento Province at the DIMES, Technical University of Delft, the Netherlands, in 2000-2001. Since 2001, he has been enrolled at Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Trento, Italy where he is now a senior researcher. His work focuses on the development of silicon micro electromechanical devices (MEMs) microfabrication platforms and on microsensor and microactuator design. His experience includes silicon micromachined CMUTs, RF switches, gas and flow sensors. He has authored over 100 publications and three patents.
